Backup your data before submitting the job.

2. Internet Connection Requirements

A stable internet connection is required throughout the entire service.

Minimum recommended connection

  • Download: 25 Mbps+
  • Upload: 20 Mbps+

Simply confirming that your internet connection meets the requirements is not sufficient.
Before your session, you may be required to provide proof of your internet speed to support.

Go to speedtest.net on your pc and Share the result link with us.

Your connection must remain stable throughout the complete remote session.

Unstable Wi-Fi, interruptions, or insufficient bandwidth may cause the service to fail or be interrupted.

3. Device Preparation

The device must be fully prepared before your scheduled session.

Complete the following:

  1. Reset the device.
  2. Complete the initial setup.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Enable Developer Options.
  5. Enable USB Debugging.
  6. Go to Settings → Display.
  7. Set the screen timeout/display settings as instructed by support.
  8. Take pictures of the prepared device and send them to support.

Do not wait until your scheduled session to prepare the device.

Support may request pictures or other information to verify that the device is ready.

4. Device Status Requirements

Before submitting the job, make sure the device does not have:

  • FRP Lock
  • KG Lock
  • MDM Lock

You must provide accurate information about the device.

If the device has a lock, restriction, or other condition that was not declared before the service, do not submit the job. Contact support first.

You must provide your:

  • UltraViewer ID
  • UltraViewer Password

Send these credentials directly to our support team when requested.

Keep the computer and device connected and ready during the session.

6. Payment Policy

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE SERVICE STARTS.

The service will not be started with:

  • Payment promised later
  • Delayed payment
  • Partial payment
  • "Start now and I will pay afterward"

The process is:

Payment → Transaction ID/confirmation → Payment verification → Service

Do not submit a job until payment has been completed and the required payment information has been sent to support.

Payment information

Full payment must be completed before the service starts.

After payment, you must provide:

  • Payment/transaction ID
  • Payment confirmation or proof when requested

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
